Welcome to ColorGenPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ColorGenPro's AI-powered coloring page generation service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree that these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Avinuity Web Properties LLC ("ColorGenPro," "we," "us," or "our").
ColorGenPro lets you create print-ready coloring pages from text prompts, uploaded images, and related creative inputs. You can also organize your creations, download files, create PDF coloring books, and use plan-based tools such as the Bulk Generator.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Your prompts, uploads, generated designs, downloads, and other use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
Your Content: You represent that you own, control, or have permission to use any images, prompts, reference materials, or other content you submit to the Service. You retain your rights in your User Content.
You grant ColorGenPro a limited license to use, store, process, and display your User Content as needed to provide the Service, keep the Service secure, troubleshoot issues, enforce our policies, and improve the product.
AI-Generated Designs: Designs are generated by AI based on your prompts and inputs. AI-generated content may have limitations under copyright and other laws. We do not guarantee that any generated design is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for a specific commercial purpose.
ColorGenPro uses subscriptions and credits. Each generated coloring page costs 1 credit unless the product interface states otherwise.
Monthly credits are included with your subscription and refresh each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Top-up credits are one-time add-on credits available to active subscribers. Top-up credits are permanent and remain available after cancellation, subject to these Terms. Top-up credits add capacity; they do not upgrade your usage rights by themselves.
Credits are normally used from the monthly bucket first, then from permanent top-up or preserved legacy credits. This helps you spend credits that would otherwise reset before spending permanent credits.
Your usage rights depend on the source of the content and your active entitlements.
Coloring pages downloaded from the public Free Coloring Pages library are for personal, non-commercial use only unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. You may print them for yourself, family, classroom, or similar non-commercial activities. You may not resell, redistribute, upload them to print-on-demand services, include them in paid products, use them for client work, or use them for business marketing.
Commercial use includes selling books, printables, digital downloads, merchandise, client deliverables, paid classroom materials, print-on-demand products, business marketing assets, or other revenue-generating uses. You are responsible for making sure your prompts, uploads, and uses do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually unless canceled before renewal. You can manage your subscription, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from your billing pages.
If you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Monthly credits and subscription-only features end when the subscription period ends. Permanent top-up credits remain available, but access to some features may still require an active subscription.
Plan changes may apply immediately or at the next renewal depending on whether the change is an upgrade, downgrade, or billing-interval change. The billing page will show the current behavior before you confirm a change.
If payment fails, your subscription may enter a retry or grace period. Access may be limited or ended if payment is not resolved.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible first-time purchases may qualify for a 14 Days Money Back Guarantee. Outside that policy, subscription fees and top-up purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all intellectual property rights in the Service, website, software, interface, branding, templates, and related materials belong to ColorGenPro or its licensors.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use that feedback without obligation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORGENPRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORGENPRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COLORGENPRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
COLORGENPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ColorGenPro from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your generated designs, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Policy.
These Terms remain in effect until your account is closed or terminated. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. You should download any designs you wish to keep before closing your account.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by posting an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
