14 Days Money Back Guarantee

The 14 Days Money Back Guarantee applies when all of the following are true:

  • You purchased credits or a subscription for the first time.
  • The purchase was made within the last 14 days.
  • You are not satisfied with the result quality and have no use for coloring pages generated by ColorGenPro.
  • You have generated a total of less than 25 images in any resolution.
  • Your account, you personally, and your company have not used the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee before.

Self-Refund Eligibility

Your billing dashboard may show refund eligibility checks for paid orders. If an order passes the automated account checks, you may see a self-refund option. Before submitting a self-refund, you must confirm that you are unhappy with the result quality, have no use for the generated pages, and have not used the guarantee before personally or through your company.

Self-refunds revoke the refunded purchase benefits. Subscription benefits may be revoked, and refundable top-up credits may be removed from your permanent balance. If the automated checks do not pass, support can still review your request manually.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open your billing dashboard and check the order history.
  2. If a self-refund option is available, review the eligibility checks and confirmation text carefully before submitting.
  3. If the order needs manual review, contact [email protected] with your account email and order details.

We review manual refund requests within 10 days and contact you by email.

Other Refunds

Purchases outside of the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee are generally non-refundable. Subscription fees, renewals, and top-up purchases are not refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by us. If you no longer want your subscription, you can cancel it from your billing page; it will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
