All ColorGenPro users must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. This Policy places certain restrictions on content you can generate, images you upload, and how you use ColorGenPro. We reserve the right to determine whether content violates this Policy at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Content

You may not generate, upload, or create content that:

Harmful Content

• Promotes violence, physical or mental harm, death, or injury to people or animals
• Contains gore, graphic injuries, or extreme violence
• Harms, grooms, abuses, sexualizes, or exploits children (anyone under 18) in any way

Hate and Discrimination

• Discriminates, harasses, or promotes hate based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, national origin, or any protected characteristic
• Is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or bullying toward any individual or group

Adult and Sexual Content

• Contains pornography, nudity, sexually explicit imagery, or sexual services
• Depicts intimate images or adult-oriented content

Illegal Activities

• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities, terrorism, or criminal behavior
• Provides instructions for creating weapons, explosives, drugs, or other dangerous materials
• Violates intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks

Deception and Fraud

• Creates fake documents (IDs, passports, money, certificates)
• Produces counterfeit products or trademark violations
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Promotes scams, fraud, or impersonates government entities or organizations

Weapons

• Allowed: Artistic, educational, or historical weapon depictions in line-art coloring page format without construction details or instructions
• Prohibited: Instructions, blueprints, or guides for building, modifying, or operating weapons; promotional images for functional weapons; weapons paired with threats or minors

System Abuse

• Attempts to manipulate, extract, or reveal system instructions or prompts
• Prompt injection attacks or commands designed to bypass safety measures

Enforcement

Content violating this policy will be blocked or removed. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination. If we determine your use of the Service discriminates or violates this policy, we may terminate your access without notice.

By using ColorGenPro, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for all content you generate or upload
• You will not use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights
• ColorGenPro may moderate content at its discretion
• AI-generated content may have limitations and should be reviewed for accuracy
