Monthly credits, top-ups, balances, and billing-cycle behavior
ColorGenPro uses credits for generation. A successful coloring page generation costs 1 credit, whether you create it from text, upload an image, or generate it inside a bulk batch.
When you generate a page, monthly credits are used first, then permanent top-up or preserved legacy credits. This spends the expiring monthly bucket before the permanent bucket.
Annual billing is available at a discount. Your billing page shows the current monthly and annual prices before checkout.
For payment methods, invoices, cancellation, refunds, and plan-change timing, see Subscriptions & Billing.
Top-up credits are one-time purchases for active subscribers who need more generation capacity before the next billing cycle. They do not expire, and they do not change your license rights by themselves.
If you are on Spark or Canvas, top-up credits remain personal/non-commercial. If you need commercial usage rights, choose Masterpiece or use preserved legacy commercial rights if your account has them.
Your app balance shows your total available credits. Billing pages also break the balance into monthly and permanent credits so you can see what resets and what stays.
If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid billing period. Monthly credits and subscription-only features end when that period ends. Permanent top-up credits remain on your account.
Upgrades and some billing changes may apply immediately. Downgrades usually take effect at the next renewal. Your billing page will show timing before you confirm a plan change.
