Managing Your Creations
Your Creations gallery is where all your generated coloring pages live. Easily browse, search, organize, and download your entire collection.
Accessing Your Creations
Go to My Creations or click "My Creations" in the navigation menu.
Browsing Your Gallery
Your creations are displayed in a grid view with thumbnails. Each creation shows:
- Preview image
- Original prompt or "Image upload"
- Difficulty level (stars)
- Aspect ratio
- Tags (if any)
- Generation date
Searching for Creations
Use the search box at the top to find specific coloring pages:
- Search by prompt text
- Searches across all your generations
- Results update instantly as you type
Sorting Your Creations
Use the sort dropdown to organize your gallery:
- Newest first - Most recent generations appear first (default)
- Oldest first - Shows your earliest creations first
- Prompt A-Z - Alphabetical by prompt text
- Prompt Z-A - Reverse alphabetical
- Difficulty: Easy to Hard - Sort by complexity level
- Difficulty: Hard to Easy - Reverse difficulty order
Filtering by Tags
Tags help you organize creations into categories. The tag filter shows your 20 most-used tags:
- Click any tag to filter by that tag
- Click multiple tags to see creations with ANY of those tags
- Click a selected tag again to remove it from the filter
- Tag filters work together with search
Viewing and Downloading
Click any creation to open the detail view where you can:
- View full-resolution image
- Download in 3 formats:
- PNG - Best for digital use and editing
- JPG - Smaller file size, good for sharing
- PDF - Perfect for printing
- See generation details: Prompt, difficulty, aspect ratio, dimensions
- Edit the image - Use the built-in drawing editor
- Manage tags - Add or remove tags
- Delete - Permanently remove the creation
Using Tags for Organization
Tags are powerful organizational tools:
Adding Tags:
- Click on a creation to open the detail view
- Type a tag name in the tag input field
- Press Enter or click Add
- You can add multiple tags to each creation
Removing Tags:
- Click on a creation to open the detail view
- Click the X on any tag to remove it
Tag Ideas:
- Themes: "animals", "vehicles", "nature", "fantasy"
- Occasions: "birthday", "christmas", "summer"
- Age groups: "toddlers", "kids", "adults"
- Collections: "ocean series", "space set", "dinosaurs"
- Projects: "book1", "party favors", "classroom"
Bulk Operations
Manage multiple creations at once:
- Click "Select" button to enter selection mode
- Check the boxes on creations you want to manage
- Use "Select all on page" to check all visible items
- Click "Delete Selected" to remove multiple items
- Click "Cancel" to exit selection mode
Pagination
Control how many creations appear per page:
- Choose 8, 12, or 25 items per page
- Navigate between pages using Previous/Next buttons
- Page numbers show your current position
Editing Your Creations
Click the "Edit" button on any creation to open the drawing editor:
- Draw directly on the coloring page
- Add text or annotations
- Make corrections or adjustments
- Save your edited version
- Edited versions are used when creating coloring books
Tips for Organization
- Tag as you go: Add tags right after generating to stay organized
- Use consistent tag names: "animals" not "animal" and "Animals"
- Create tag systems: Combine filtering with search for powerful organization
- Regular cleanup: Delete creations you do not need to keep your gallery focused
- Use bulk operations: Faster than deleting items one-by-one
