Manage plans, payment methods, invoices, refunds, and billing changes
Your billing pages show your current plan, credit balance, subscription status, payment methods, order history, invoices, and refund options.
Annual billing is available at a discount when shown on the billing page. Monthly credits refresh each billing cycle and do not carry over.
The manage subscription page shows what will happen before you confirm a change.
If a change is scheduled for renewal, your current plan continues until the renewal date shown in billing.
If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid billing period. Monthly credits and subscription-only features end when that period ends. Permanent top-up credits remain on your account, although buying more top-ups requires an active subscription.
If your subscription is set to cancel at period end, your billing page may offer a resume option before the period ends.
Use the payment methods page to add a new card, replace an expired card, or change the card used for renewals. If a payment fails, update the payment method and retry or wait for the processor's retry flow.
Your billing dashboard includes order history for subscription charges, top-up purchases, refunds, and related billing events. Paid orders may include invoice links or local invoice pages. Use these for receipts, bookkeeping, or support questions.
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may become past due while payment is retried. Some access can continue during a retry or grace period, but subscription benefits can be limited or ended if payment is not resolved.
Permanent top-up or preserved legacy credits remain visible in your balance. Subscription-only features, such as Bulk Generator access, still require an active entitled subscription.
Top-up credits are permanent extra credits for active subscribers. They do not expire, and they remain available after cancellation. They add generation capacity only; they do not change personal or commercial usage rights by themselves.
Eligible first-time purchases may qualify for the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee if the account has generated less than 25 images and meets the other policy requirements.
Your billing dashboard may show refund eligibility checks. If an order passes the automated checks, a self-refund option may be available. Otherwise, contact support for manual review. See the Refund Policy for the full rules.
